Special TVES Leaders Summit,idadaraos sa November 15.
Nagdesisyon na rin ang mga leader ng television and variety entertainment industry na hahatiin sa dalawa at magkakaroon ng National TVELM sa Mayo at
National VELM sa Nobyembre sa susunod na taon.Inaasahang dadalo sa special leaders summit ang mga cast ng ASAP,Party Pilipinas,PO5,Paparazzi,StarTalk,Showbiz Central,Love ni Mister,Love ni Misis,Full Time Moms,Tweetbiz,at iba pa.Ang 2 hiwalay na meetings na ito ay ayon rin sa TVES4 Declaration na ginanap sa Clark,Pampanga,noong October 11,2010.

TVES divided into 2 separate bodies:
Namely,the Television Entertainment Leaders’Meeting and
Variety Entertainment Leaders’Meeting,the 2 bodies whill inaugurate in the next year’s summit,scheduled in the Province of Batangas whill be held next year.
otherwise,provided by the TVES4 Declaration held in Clark Field,Pampanga,Philippines on October 11-12,2010.
The Variety Entertainment Leaders’Meeting will be held every year.
Youth Sector:
Youth Sector shall serve as observer during the inaugural meet.
